Yes, but only within a short window. We start processing orders fast, usually within 24 hours, so email us immediately at support@takingdeal.com if you need a change. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or modify it.
Email us at support@takingdeal.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before it ships. We can't reroute a package once it's left the warehouse, and we're not able to cover reshipping costs for address errors reported after that window.
Shipping & Delivery
Our US, Canada, and European warehouses, so most orders ship from the location closest to you.
Processing takes 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed, then transit takes 4-7 business days on average.
Yes. Items sometimes ship from different warehouses to get to you faster. You'll never be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments, and everything still arrives within the estimated delivery window.
Check with neighbors and your local post office first, since carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early or leave them with a building manager. If it's genuinely missing, contact us at support@takingdeal.com and we'll help you work through it.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
30 days from the date you receive your order.
Email return@takingdeal.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange.
Once your return is received, refunds go back to your original payment method and typically show up on your statement within 1-3 business days.
Email us at support@takingdeal.com a clear photo of the damaged area or incorrect item along with your order number. We'll send a free replacement, no return shipping required.
