Refund policy

At TakingDeal, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or replacement. To start, email us at refund@takingdeal.com with your order number.

How It Works
We'll work with you to find the best resolution, and every request is reviewed individually. In the rare case we need the item back, we'll send you instructions first. Items sent back without a return authorization can't be accepted.

If You Changed Your Mind
If the product just isn't for you, let us know within 30 days. Change-of-mind requests are eligible for a partial refund, with the amount confirmed when you reach out.

If Something's Wrong With Your Order
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us right away with a clear photo or short video. We'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement, no fee.

Exchanges
Want a different item instead? Just contact us and once approved, we'll arrange your replacement.

Items We Can't Accept
Custom or personalized products (such as special orders) can't be returned.

Your Refund
Once your request is approved, we'll refund your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post it.
