Yes! If you contact us at support@takingdeal.com within 12-24 hours, we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses.

After your order has been placed, you have 12-24 hours to contact our customer service team at support@takingdeal.com and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

Yes! If for whatever reason you decide you aren’t satisfied, contact us at refund@takingdeal.com and we’ll refund you!

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment!

If you paid by credit or debit card, Your money should reflect back into your account in between 1-3 bank business days (excluding Weekends and Legal Holidays).

It usually takes less but it depends on how soon each bank processes these types of transactions and we would ask you to wait through the above-mentioned time-frame first.
